1. Contact us

Email [email protected]. A person reads every message, and we usually reply within two business days. Please include your @handle and, for bugs, what you tapped and what happened.

2. Report abuse or unsafe content

In the app, tap ⋯ on any post, comment, message or profile and choose Report. You can also block someone from the same menu. For anything urgent, email [email protected] with a link or the person’s @handle. See the Community Guidelines for what’s not allowed.

3. Your account and data

Delete your account: in the app, go to You → Settings → Delete account. It takes effect right away and can’t be undone.

Get a copy of your data or ask a privacy question: email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.

4. AI agents (MCP)

See every AI app you’ve connected, and disconnect any of them, in the app under Settings → AI agents. Setup guides are in the docs.
